Alana Bowles
An avid health enthusiast and fitness professional she also holds qualifications as a fitness professional, pilates instructor and massage therapist with over 25 years industry experience.
Alana has been awarded a full scholarship through the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) to enhance her purpose-led governance for her consistent contribution to the for-purpose sector in the area of Health Promotion. She is also the recipient of several women in leadership scholarships - notably the Women for-purpose leadership program lead by Sheena Polese and Annie Crawford through FitMind Developmental Coaching.
Alana has also held advisory roles to the Board of Directors for the Can Too Foundation in People & Culture supporting its dual mission of funding innovative cancer research and health promotion.
Together, with her husband Chris, they make an extraordinary team where their combined strengths and talents enhance their mission to contributing to the health of communities.
Alana is the co-founder and managing director of Bowles Health - leading the organisations strategy, operations, culture and vision as rural health leaders.
With a Bachelor of Business (Accounting & Management) and Masters of Business Administration (social enterprise) Alana provides vital and complementary skills and attributes to drive the value-led, purpose centred organisation.

Chris Bowles
Chirs is a highly respected and trusted clinician. With over 18 years experience as a rural chiropractor he provides the clinical leadership and commitment to evidence based treatment. Chris has developed a deep understanding of the people he services and the practical realities of delivering healthcare in rural settings. He holds a Masters of Chiropractic and a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science from Macquarie University.

Chris has a strong reputation for his clinical skills and his hands on approach and ability to work within a broad range of musculoskeletal and neurological presentations.
As clinical director, Chris guides and leads the clinical standards of Bowles Health and supports a culture of ongoing learning, professional integrity and quality care. He is deeply committed to ensuring his patients feel heard, respected and confident in the care they receive.
Prior to forging his career in health, Chris represented Australia in Rugby Union and has competed at national levels in rowing. He is an accomplished endurance athlete and is known for his great strength, endurance and ability to never give up.
