  • I've been doing pre-pilates at Bowles Health in Tumut twice a week for a few weeks now, and although Alana absolutely challenges me, I am finding it so good. The classes are small (only 4 people), and tailored to your abilities. If you are in or around Tumut, and looking to start your fitness journey, or add some core training to your routine, I can highly recommend it. Alana is a great teacher and really cares about everyones wellbeing.
