Mia Hardwick

We warmly welcome Mia to the Bowles Health team as a new graduate physiotherapist. Mia is a local resident from Adelong who is dedicated to serving her community. She is a country girl through and through and was drawn to studying physio due to her love for sport and her love for community. She is acutely aware of the importance of health care in rural locations.
Mia recently completed her 4 year bachelor of physiotherapy through Charles Sturt University.
Mia’s warm, empathetic and down-to-earth nature allows her to build close rapport with her clients. With a strong focus on evidence based care, functional outcomes and open communication with referrers.

Acute and chronic pain management
Pre and post-surgical rehabilitation
Sporting injuries - from initial assessments to return-to-play protocols
Tendinopathies and overuse injuries
Work-related conditions - ergonomic assessment and WorkCover rehabilitation
Falls prevention and balance training - older adults
