Marketing & Content Coordinator
Casual | Hybrid | 8-16hrs - Bowles Health Tumut
Bowles Health is a growing allied health practice committed to delivering exceptional healthcare to regional communities.
We’re looking for a thoughtful, creative and organised Marketing & Content Coordinator to help us communicate the value of what we do.
For us, marketing is about helping people understand what we offer, who we can help, the value of our services, and how to access the right care when they need it.
We want our marketing to feel genuine, useful, professional and connected to our community.
The Role
Working closely with our Managing Director and clinical team, you’ll help us share the knowledge, services and expertise that already exist within Bowles Health.
You’ll take important clinic priorities and turn them into clear, engaging campaigns and content.
For example, we might want our community to better understand:
How physiotherapy can help with a particular condition
What makes our Pilates programs different
When someone might benefit from chiropractic care
The expertise of one of our practitioners
A new service available locally
How people can access allied health services in their own community
Your role is to help us tell those stories well.
What You’ll Do
Your work may include:
Developing thoughtful marketing campaigns around our services and community needs
Creating social media content, graphics, reels and stories
Writing clear, warm and professional copy
Creating educational and informative content with our clinicians
Sharing practitioner expertise and areas of interest
Creating email campaigns for our patient community
Updating website and landing-page content
Developing printed resources and clinic materials
Coordinating photos and video content with our team
Promoting new services and practitioners
Sharing community initiatives and partnerships
Repurposing valuable content across multiple channels
Maintaining a marketing and content calendar
Reviewing which messages and campaigns are helping people engage with our services
How We Think About Marketing
We believe good marketing should provide value before asking for anything in return.
It should educate.
It should make healthcare easier to understand.
It should help people recognise when support may be available to them.
And it should communicate the quality, care and expertise behind our services.
We’re not looking for someone to simply “post more.”
We’re looking for someone who can help us communicate better.
About You
You may have experience in:
Marketing
Content creation
Communications
Digital marketing
Social media
Small-business marketing
Professional services
Healthcare marketing
You’ll ideally be someone who is:
An excellent communicator
Creative and thoughtful
A strong writer
Able to translate professional information into accessible content
Comfortable creating high-quality visual content
Highly organised
Proactive and able to work independently
Interested in understanding the people and services you’re communicating about
Able to take an idea from concept through to finished campaign
Commercially aware without losing authenticity
Experience with platforms such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp and Squarespace would be highly regarded.
Location & Hours
This is a casual role, initially approximately 8–16 hours per week, with flexibility depending on the right candidate.
We are open to a hybrid arrangement.
Ideally, you’ll spend some time within our Tumut clinic so you can understand our practitioners, services, patients and community and capture authentic content.
We are also open to candidates from surrounding areas or further afield who can work predominantly remotely and visit the clinic periodically.
